Peanut Brittle Cluster Crunch

The popular peanut brittle is infused with the flavor of roasted peanuts and corn syrup. This gourmet brittle is made with sugar, corn syrup, roasted peanuts and honey. A slurry of corn syrup and water and other ingredients are heated up until it reaches a hot temperature. Immediately, the peanuts are stirred in to make the brittle, and then they are spread out on a sheet and left to dry and harden. Peanut brittle is a great treat for the holidays and makes a wonderful, flavorful health snack. Each rectangular piece of brittle is about 3" x 1.5". There are approximately 13 pieces in a lb.
